The eight students who have secured PPOs from Barclays are:

1. Shubh Jain
2. Darpan Porwal
3. Bhaskaran Gour

5. Yash Jain
6. Parnavi Jain
7. Shravika Jain
8. Kunal Hemnani

A Strong Link with Barclays

Barclays has been among the recruiters associated with IET-DAVV's placement ecosystem. The institute's official admission information lists Barclays among the companies that have recruited from IET, alongside several other prominent organisations.

The latest placement information reported for IET-DAVV also highlights the breadth of its campus recruitment. According to recently published placement data, IET recorded 498 offers from more than 62 companies in the 2026 placement season, with an overall B.Tech average package of approximately ₹7.72 lakh per annum and a highest reported package of ₹22 lakh per annum.

Barclays continues to be identified among the major recruiters associated with IET-DAVV, further demonstrating the institute's growing engagement with leading national and international organisations.

PPOs: Recognition of Performance

A Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) is particularly significant because it recognises a student's performance before the completion of the regular placement process. In the case of these eight IET-DAVV students, the PPOs represent the culmination of their efforts during the recruitment and internship experience with Barclays.

For the students, the offers mark an important transition from campus life to professional careers in the technology and financial-services domain. Their success is also expected to inspire other IET-DAVV students to pursue excellence in technical skills, problem-solving, teamwork and professional development.

IET-DAVV Congratulates the Achievers

The entire IET-DAVV community extends its heartiest congratulations to Shubh Jain, Darpan Porwal, Bhaskaran Gour, Aditya Jain, Yash Jain, Parnavi Jain, Shravika Jain and Kunal Hemnani on this outstanding achievement.

The achievement also acknowledges the contribution of the Centralized Placement Cell, DAVV, whose coordinated placement initiatives continue to connect students with reputed organisations and provide them with opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities on a professional platform.

IET Times congratulates all eight students and wishes them continued success as they begin the next chapter of their professional journey with Barclays.
