His perseverance culminated in a remarkable achievement when he successfully cleared SSC CGL 2025 in his very first attempt and joined the Income Tax Department under the Ministry of Finance, Government of India, as a Tax Assistant.

He qualified the UPSC Combined Defence Services (CDS) Examination four times, cleared AFCAT twice, qualified CGCAT, MP Sub-Inspector Preliminary Examination, SSC CHSL, RRB NTPC, and RRB Clerk, and received interview calls for IB ACIO and IB Security Assistant. He also appeared in seven Service Selection Board (SSB) interviews, reaching the Conference Stage on five occasions, experiences that significantly enhanced his leadership, confidence, communication skills, and mental resilience.

Coming from a humble farming family, Jashpal supported his education and competitive examination preparation through home tutoring, demonstrating that determination, hard work, and self-belief can overcome even the most difficult circumstances.
